It was close to dining, shopping, movies with easy access to all major highways
No microwave available as expected.

Cleanliness.
Felt like I was imposing asking for a rollaway bed, toilet needed to be plunged.

Given the fact that I asked a room with two double beds and was presented with a room with one double bed and a fold out couch, I was very disappointed. It was awkward staying with my brother and his friend with just two beds. Also, the room was not ready for several hours after we arrived, and when we did arrive, we had to ask for a plunger in order to make the toilet work properly. Speaking with the manager of the hotel did absolutely no good; also he did not seem the least bit apologetic for our poor experience and did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience of having to make alternative sleeping arrangements. read more

I liked the cleaniness of the room and the comfort of the bed.
I missed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room and no free breakfast..

My overall experience was great. The young lady who checked us in and out was very professional(she had problem customers both times) handling everything quite well. It made our checkin and checkout a little longer, but I was so impressed with her patience and professionalism that I didn't mind, plus it gave me a chance to write a review since I am a travel agent.

I liked the easy check-in/check out process.
Did not have an indoor pool for the children to swim in.

Overall my stay was good. Enjoyed the quietness once I got in my room.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were a nice size. Would stay there again if the occasion arises.

There was a huge brown stain on the pull out sofa mattress! Very disturbing and gross.

This hotel was located close to many attractions, yet off the main road making it a bit more private.

Great room for the price. The room was clean, staff friendly. No complaints.
