Studio set up, just not well appointed or supplied.

Economic, very basic motel, with kitchenette. Staff had a hard time giving directions to the room. When driving to hotel was on hold for more than five minutes, couldn't get directions. Picked up food from poorly stocked, overpriced pantry, and when asked for receipt was told it was not possible.

Lack of customer service, they would not give king bed.

Hotel staff would not honor request to king bed, nor late checkout. Also, the heat was on 80 degrees in room, it was hot outside and took forever to cool off.

Nothing I liked about this hotel.
No room cleaning services, extra charges for wireless access.

Bugs, no daily room cleaning. Demanded extra money for daily cleaning.

Nice area and not too far from SouthPark Mall and WalMart.
Limited parking and the bed was only so-so.

Average economy extended stay hotel. I've stayed in better economy extended stay hotels in the Charlotte area, but I've also stayed at much worse hotels. The hotel is in a nice area that is quiet and there wasn't much noise from rooms beside me or above me.

No problem with upgrade or special request.
Didn't clean everyday. Maybe it had to be requested.

The hotel has a nice, quiet location which is convenient to the highway, various eateries, downtown and other important venues. The front desk staff was always friendly and the area always monitored.

The bathroom floors were dirty.
