Filthy, do not stay here.

My husband and I drove up to this hotel after seeing a concert in Charlotte. At 11:45 at night the parking lot was filled with shady characters. The place was so terrible we decided not to stay and instead drove all the way home in the middle of the night. Definitely pay more money to stay at another hotel closer to Charlotte.

pleasant staff.
Looked a tad shabby from the outside.

The hotel looked shabby but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice, it had a refrigerator & a coffee maker. The bathroom area was separated from the sleeping area. Was a bit noisy though - near a major road and not far from the railroad tracks. But I still slept fine.

Train 40 feet away, old.

Train ran every couple of hour’s right outside the room, less than 40 feet away. Room was very old and run down, loveseat broken, carpet and room old, cracked, looked dirty but I don't think it was. Very cheap and flat pillows, ancient television but it worked.

Located close to Lowes Motor Speedway.

Hospitality was great. They catered to the race fans. It fit my budget. Beds and bath were clean.
