The location and staff.
Nothing comes to mind.

The staff was knowledgeable about the area and were very friendly. It was right off the interstate and that was great.

The price was good.
Noisy AC. Did not feel safe.

The AC unit was extremely loud and it cycled on and off so frequently that it was hard to sleep. There are train tracks next to the hotel that also made it hard to sleep. The ice machine was broken on the first floor so we had to use the one upstairs. I would not stay there ever again.

Pool was very nice but cold. Room extras.
Parking, cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

Parking was limited access. Room was not clean. Strong disinfectant odor. Linens not changed daily. Breakfast offering poor selection.
