Beds were old and uncomfortable.

Room was old and needed updating. Paint was peeling and did not feel clean. Ventilation fan in bathroom did not work.

They were able to accommodate my request with no problem.
Needs more vending and ice machines.

I go to Alabama 3 or more times a year and I travel with 2 small children, so I split my trip. My room was in an excellent spot so I didn't have a lot of toting to do and the kids loved the breakfast. Plus the staff was friendly as well.

An excellent hotel for the price! Very spacious, clean with good amenities (microwave and refrigerator in the room!) An excellent location for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There wasn't much variety on the continental breakfast. Also I brought with me a DVD player to watch movies but the TVs are older and would not take the connection.
