Nothing.
Everything, staff, room, service, beds sheets etc.

I booked 2 queen beds, but I got 2 double beds. The beds were not made, they were dirty. There were women's pads on the counter in the bath room¿s stayed there 1 night and cancelled the 2nd night stay. I would never stay there again in my life.
