While there were several large events happening during our stay, the staff was still friendly & accommodating to our individual needs.
I think it is absurd to charge $9.95 for internet usage.

The staff is friendly and accommodating to any requests. The hotel is beautiful, and we particularly appreciated the quiet nights that we spent there. My only complaint is having to pay for internet usage. I think that in this day and age, free wireless should be standard, particularly in a hotel of this caliber.

Clean well decorated room, with comfortable beds, and convenient appliances!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely, large and filled with conveniences like a microwave and small refrigerator. The bath was large and immaculate as was the room. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I love the chocolate chip cookies. We ate them as a midnight snack.

Mirrors at the end of the hallways, so you could check if anyone was behind/following you.
No retail space to purchase drinks, snacks, etc.

Clean room and friendly staff. Great bed. Loved the mirrors at the end of the hallways so you could see if anyone was behind you (great if you are a single female traveler).

Great room.
Restaurant food and service not to the quality of the hotel.

Beautiful suite large room, nice bed, quality linens, perfect. Indoor pool that also connects to outdoor pool, my son loved it. Restaurant not so great, stay there, eat elsewhere.

The room was incredibly comfortable.
Nothing other than I wish I had been able to stay longer!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as I expected. But the hotel itself was well-cared for, very clean, very comfortable and my balcony overlooking the small lake and the pool was fantastic. I was traveling for business and only there for one night, but when I return to North Carolina I will certainly be looking to stay there. Very quick ride to the airport as well. read more
