This hotel was horrible. There was a roach in our bed, and another in the mini fridge.
I wouldn't stay there again.

Leaving the place.
Toilets did not flush.
Very poor area. I was told the rooms were newly renovated. Our room was in desperate need of renovation. Toilets were blocked three times. Poor neighborhood.

Everything, we did not stay the night, too scary.
The environment appeared unsafe and abandoned, we were afraid to leave our car parked outside due to fear of getting it stolen. We encountered 3 different people asking us for money within 1 hour. Unfortunately, our length of stay was about 2 hours, particularly after manager told us not to stay outside.

Needs a lot of remodeling and cleaning.
Place was dirty and run down, blanket on bed was full of cigarette holes and black places, but it was a place to sleep at night, would not go there again.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, basic facilities. Convenient location.
Windows didn't open. Wireless connection was weak.
This is a clean, no-frills hotel in a convenient location in historic downtown Fayetteville, less than 10 minutes from Fayetteville State University for those visiting kids in college. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not clean, bad area of town.
The hotel carpet was nasty looking, the walls were dirty, the bed was leaning, we had very poor service with this hotel.
