The staff was incredibly nice, and the beds were super comfortable.
Karaoke in the bar got kinda loud.

After living in Fayetteville for about a year, I wanted to find something nice and safe. I finally found the Doubletree. It is a relatively new hotel in the Fayetteville area. It is a beautiful establishment. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. There is a small coffee bar in the lobby near the bar and serves Starbucks. The staff is unimaginably courteous and helpful. And there are cookies involved. Really good chocolate chip cookies when you check in! Overall - you can't go wrong with staying here. read more

The bed was great and the pillows were wonderful.
Not enough parking in front and back door was locked.

This hotel was very nice. The king size bed was extra comfortable and the feather pillows were heavenly. A very nice room.

I liked the customer service that I received from then staff. Everyone seemed to be very helpful and attentive to my needs.
The swimming pool was under renovation at the time of my visit so I could not enjoy a nice nightly swim.

Over all I enjoyed my stay at The Double Tree. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Next time I'm sure the swimming pool will be completed.

Location was the only thing I liked.
Even though the hotel is renovating, the price was higher than expected. Air condition was not working properly in rooms. Had to switch rooms 3 times.

This hotel is renovating. The pool is not open for the public. The air was not working properly. They were short on help. The clerk that helped me didn't sound a bit remorseful for not having my room ready even though I checked in after 3. No toilet tissue in room! After I called front desk about toilet tissue he told me to come get it. Then he said someone would bring it. I had to call back in 20 minutes because no one had brought the toilet paper yet. Had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st time room hadn't been cleaned. 2nd and 3rd time no cool air in room. read more
