Hot tub was cold every single night.

Hotel was new. Clean. Great. breakfast always available- nice. Computer available if needed. But no matter how many times you asked them to make the hot tub warm, they didn't do it. It was an ice cube. You travel long ways, want to relax, & night after night ask for hot tub to be put on warm and they couldn't get it. Colder than swimming pool. Waste of hot tub. Biggest disappointment of the entire trip. read more
