good continental breakfast and right on the beach! Good continental breakfast and right on the beach!
There was a lot of rooms open at the hotel, but they wouldn't give us an ocean view.

The staff said they wouldn't give us an ocean view even though there was an abundant amount of non-occupancy.

Bathrooms and rooms are small. Not really a huge detractor, still a nice place.

Bathroom was very small.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast included waffles which was really good to start the day.

The staff, location, breakfast and view were all excellent.
The room was older looking (but VERY clean).

We were very happy with the location. The view was gorgeous. The staff was friendly, helpful and clearly took pride the in upkeep of the hotel. This was not a fancy hotel but was a great place to sleep, walk the beach and use the pool when visiting the Outer Banks. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was way too heavy.

Although not an ocean view, the room was spacious and well equipped with kitchenette. My daughter and I tremendously enjoyed our stay there.
