Business Traveler 5.0 Staff was very helpful.
Very old furniture, old smell in the room, very old carpets.

Group Traveler 1.0 Service was awful. Very unprofessional. When I went to explain the unsanitary state of my room staff very unhelpful. I had to bring down the sign from my hotel room that bragged a sanitation guarantee to get hotel to issue credit. The towels were dirty and had hair in them, my mother had the pleasure of discovering a dirty thong underneath the bed where she slept. Hotel issued credit to my account (supposedly) I have yet to see credit on my credit card, that was a week ago today. I will now have to issue a dispute with my credit card company. Oh yeah, and while we slept someone did a hit and run on my mother's car in the hotel parking lot. Waiting for police to get back to us on that one. read more Terrance from Warren,OH

Business Traveler 7.0 The hotel overall was awesome. The check-in lady in the evening helped me get a non-smoking room (Priceline do not specify) which was great but it seemed like it took forever (minutes) to switch rooms. Couple 4.0 Beds comfortable.
Breakfast wasn't ready before our early ferry departure.
