Clean and fresh bed linens.
We had two adjoining rooms. One of the bathrooms didn't smell as fresh as it could have.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Its location, right downtown in New Bern, is within walking distance of restaurants, sights, etc. It sits right on the Neuse River with a nice gazebo out on the river and a park next door. I would highly recommend this hotel. 2010 is New Bern's 300th anniversary. If you are considering going next year, you might want to think about making reservations now. read more

The convenient location and the room decor - very comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located to the Historic District of New Bern. You can park your car and walk everywhere to see the water, great seafood restaurants, nice little stores and beautiful old houses. The beds were extremely comfortable and the suites were well equipped. The staff was friendly and overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was on the river and we walked to nearly every event we wanted to attend. Very convenient.
Our room was next to the boiler room.

This hotel was located near everything. We walked to dinner, events, shops, and loved the convenience of the building.
