Great location within walking distance of downtown and several good restaurants. Live music after hours. Hotel is being renovated, older rooms/furniture are in poor condition.

Pet friendly. Got a great room and a good view and was not placed in the back somewhere because I had a pet. Called me to see if I was satisfied
Did have strong cigarette smoke in the hallway.

Room clear and great view on water. Nice walking areas. Close to shopping and historical areas. Pet friendly and staff helpful.

The room was rundown and dirty as was the restaurant.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was friendly and they did have a sign up saying to excuse the mess due to remodeling. However, the restaurant reminded me of a truck stop with a little better furniture, the staff was nice. My room was below par for this brand, the stucco was coming off the wall, the carpet was extremely worn and dirty, the ceiling tiles were discolored and the tub was scratched badly and bathroom as a whole was not the quality I would expect from a Sheraton. The staff was very friendly and the view was nice, but the overall quality of the hotel (lobby, restaurant, and guest room) was sub-par. read more
