Should provide free breakfast.

Good work out facility with sauna. Indoor pool and hot tub. Free internet and newspaper a plus. Breakfast not included with stay. A little hard to find.

The staff was very friendly.
The smell of the room.

While we definitely got what we paid for the room was a bit smelly and the remote would only change the channel downward. Other than that my stay was as pleasant as could be expected.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay. I had read a few of the prior reviews and did not know what to expect. The desk clerk was friendly and made sure that I received a non-smoking room. The room was very clean, comfortable and recently remodeled. (and I'm very picky about cleanliness) Yes, I would stay at this hotel again.

and its free.
Elevator(only one) old, slow, and rickety.

Near Crabtree mall. I stayed here 3 times
prior and its clean, safe
and secure but don't expect a WOW factor. Hotel stays empty so push front desk for a upgrade(higher-up room).

Hotel staff very friendlyand cooperative.
One elevator, long wait , other elevator was broken.

Great location, the mall is very close by. The air conditioner and heater are the old fashion kind that run all the time. It's a fairly old hotel, with only one elevator. Parking area was dark.

It does not compare to other 3 star facilities. Smells smokey.

I didn't feel that it rated a 3 star, compared to other 3 star hotels I have stayed in. It's old, the roof was leaking downstairs and it smelled musty and smokey. It's not horrible, just not a 3 star hotel.

Needs to be made over for a 3 star.

Great location, friendly staff, but I have stayed at other 3 star hotels that were much nicer. There was a mini-fridge in the room, but it was under the ice/coffee shelf with no outlet. If you wanted to use it, you would have to put it somewhere and plug it in. But by the time it was cold, unless you're staying for an extended period, it was useless.
