The hotel was decent, clean and safe.
Difficult to find entrance.
Good access to Raleigh both downtown and surrounds. Clean and safe, but difficult to find the entrance due to its set back from the road, behind a small strip mall.

Maid service.
No indoor pool, it was too cold, the outdoor pool and spa was closed.
Our stay was great. Very helpful staff. My son was shocked by an electric extension cord, it was replaced the next morning after we let the staff know about it.

If there was an issue, the night clerk did try to help out. Maid did the bathroom hand towels in form of a shirt and tie that was creative.
Key cards did not work. Day clerk refused to give me a bill upon check out.
This hotel needs to be refreshed. Very outdated. People at the check-in were very overworked at night. Check out clerk in the morning was very unfriendly. Maid did a really good job in cleaning the room. Last day did not provide any regular coffee.
