Clean and comfortable.
Outdated but they are in the process of renovating.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel rooms were a little on the outdated side but the hotel is in the process of renovation. Not the standard we usually expect from Holiday Inn Express, but it looks like they're working on it.

Far enough off the highway to be safe and quiet.

Good clean, safe and dependable. Relatively new. Convenient to I95, restaurants and fuel.

Can not think of a thing.

For the money we spent on our stay, there is nothing to complain about. There were no bells and whistles, however, we did not expect any. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Cleanliness.

Hotel was dirty and unprofessional, housekeeping was rude, hard time getting towels, we were woken up at 8 am on Sunday morning by housekeeping, toilet in room was broken, and had to be moved to another room.

Room could use a little work (paint), bathroom redo.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was standard, very clean. Continental breakfast was nice. The lobby snacks were super after traveling and the kids enjoyed them!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Excellent continental breakfast.
We needed extra towels during the day and none were available till they did linens for the day. Not a huge issue, but a little inconvenient.

Overall, we were very pleased. The rooms are small, but adequate and make good use of space. The location is close to shopping and area restaurants. Staff was very helpful.
