We, liked the bathroom amenities.
The continental breakfast could have been a little better.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were really nice and very clean.

No dislikes.

Rooms nicely appointed - microwave, coffee maker, internet connection,etc. One of the best mattresses we've ever slept on.

Clean room and lobby. Very friendly service. Comfortable accommodations.
No pay per view movies.

Overall it was a great experience. The location to the Premium Outlet Shopping was nice. The lobby was very clean and welcoming and the staff was extremely courteous. Checking in and out was quick and easy. When I come back to Smithfield, this is the hotel I will chose.

Smelly pool, wet people walking through hotel.

They could have been a little more welcoming, however they were professional.
