The staff was warm, friendly and professional.
Carpet was VERY dirty inside the room.

The room was comfortable enough; was mostly concerned about walking around in barefeet. The staff could not have been more accomodating.

Nothing I found objectionable except a
price for the area.

Nice accommodations, an ok breakfast, but nothing to shout about. Very pleasant staff.

The housekeeping ladies were the most friendly employees you had.
I
asked for a conjoined room for six kids & did not get that, everyday we ask for towels, we had to plead with them.

They were saying they couldn't give out so many towels at one time. So why let me reserve your rooms if you can't accomadate my family needs. The housekeepers there were extremely nice and acted as if they really cared.They were two black ladies one was new and the other had a gold tooth with short hair.They need to work your front desk along with the new white lady who first check me in. read more

Undergoing renovations & did not meet level selected!

Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Overall quality not up to par due to renovations. Definitely not 2.5 star facility.
