I liked the Hotels staffs friendly and courteous service and the quiet location of the hotel.
The Maintenace of the restrooms could be a little better.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing convinient quiet location. It is also gets 5 stars for safety.

I like the amenities: refrigerator, microwave, iron, & board; very important to me to have in room
Being question about what was wrong with the sheets.
It is a good clean hotel, the room is comfortable. The only problem I had was the evening I return to my room from shopping, I noticed maid had been in the room and left towels, but hadn't change the sheets on the beds, I called the front desk and requested new sheets; when maid arrived, she looked at the bed and asked what's wrong with the sheets. I said people do sweat and the sheets should be changed on a daily basis. She looked unconcerned and changed the sheets and said thank you and left, but other than that every thing was good. read more

One room the heat didn't work and the toilet didn't work either, so we had to switch room.

Needs updating with decor and lighting. Needs separate wing for smoker vs. non smokers.
Upon check in, I had to get my room changed because the moment I opened the door to my non-smoking room, I was hit with a wave of smoke odor that seemed to be coming from surrounding smoking room. The young eastern Indian desk clerk refused to allow me any time what so ever for a late check out. Not even 15 minutes! I've been traveling for over 40 years and never has extending check out for an hour been denied. Never will I stay here again, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

The staff and restaurant was friendly.
The room and bed had an awful odor, the food tasted unclean.
This Hotel is location is very is nice, but the room had a strong unclean odor including the bed linen and cover. The food in the restaurant is not good at all; I got sick on my stomach from eating their meatball and spaghetti.

That it had all my travel needs on line so I did not have to bring any thing from home like a iron, fridge, and iron board.
There wasn't anything that I did not like.
Everyone was friendly. It was close by route 85, 2 miles from my family reunion. Already have a restaurant build in but, I didn't know if it is a 24 hour restaurant if not it should be for early morning comers. I would like to use this hotel next year for my family reunion. Maybe you can send me a group rate and I can send it to one of my family member who's on the committee. Thank you for your hospitality. read more
