Cleanliness; level of professionalism at the front desk.
Lack of entertainment for myself and the children; smoked filled hallways.

This hotel was located in a good spot but it lacked some very important amenities. The pool was closed for most of the time that we were there; the fitness equipment did not work properly; half of the 2nd floor was designated for smokers but the other half had to suffer due to smoke filled hallways in the pm hours. In other words, the presentation is good but lacks follow through; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone other than construction workers; this was definitely a step down from the Hampton Inn. read more

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Pool was unheated and the hotel had no jacuzzi. This was disappointing.

Very comfortable bedding and decent bathrooms.
No fridge or microwave. Some vending machines down and only one elevator access to all floors.

Good for the money and very friendly service. Nice location; near interstate but secluded enough not to hear it. Clean and affordable. I stay at Hampton a lot and this one wasn't as nice as some but definitely better than a comfort inn or the like.
