Horrible, it had an odor throughout, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Walls were dirty. The food rating was low, I am glad that it was just for one night. Never go back.

Accessible rooms have only one bed.

Bathroom was way too small. Handicapped accessible rooms should have two beds.

Other than the absense of an elevator the hotel was clean, bed was confortable and served it's purpose of an affordable hotel.

Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning room.
Needs updating staff had issues which I reported to Holiday Inn.

This hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be done. Rooms are clean and breakfast was available when promised. Staff was not present when checking out (on personal business- very unprofessional) so I had to wait to get a receipt. The hotel is located in a spot near a dumpster which is all you smell as you depart. Very poor experience.

Very accommodating letting me check in early.
Quite plain.

Typical 2-star fare. Very plain and uninspired decor. Though I was impressed with how accommodating they were to let me check in quite early; it was only 12:20 pm.

The hotel staff allowed my family to take over the lobby area for our meetings.
I have no complaints.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hot breakfast was very good.
Ice machine was broken on the first floor.

Overall, I was very pleased. We were assigned a room on the second floor and I told the clerk my wife handicapped and we were given a room of the first floor near an entry door. Very co-operative staff.

The people servicing the breakfast area were very friendly.
None of the public spaces were air conditioned; the hotel had a bad odor (mildew, etc), the front desk people seemed confused.

This wasn't a great hotel; it wasn't terrible either. It was worse than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express however. As I mentioned, there was no AC in public areas and the hallways/stairwells had a horrible odor. Our room was clean but there was little to no ventilation so it was frequently hot as well. The ice from the ice machine had dirt in it.
