Great Location and Overall Great Hotel.
Fire Alarm went off at 10pm at night.

Great spot very close to UNC-W and Wrightsville Beach area. Shopping, Golf and restaurants all close by. Would definitely stay again.

Adequate room, wireless worked well.
Very thin walls, you could hear everything your neighbors were doing.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you get a very good rate. It's barely above an economy motel. No view, except construction and air conditioners.

Once we found it it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the facility was very upscale.

Lunch is not served in restaurant..

Very clean; staff went out of the way to help. Although the restaurant does not serve lunch, there is a pantry of sorts where you can purchase something to nuke in the microwave in your room as well as beer by the bottle and small bottles of wine.

Room could be compared to a motel 8 standard.

Room was prepared for the best presentation and left questions about cleanliness. Was not bad hotel but would not pay that price for it.

Current construction next to hotel.

This hotel is new and very comfortable. Location is very convenient with all the shops and restaurants at Mayfair. Breakfast is very good. Service and food were not very good when I had dinner.
