Location to the freeway
Staff didn't want to talk to us, light fixture shattered in my room

Each staff member we met, was more angry than the next and didn't want to even talk to us if we didn't have a reservation, which we did. Then the light fixture in our bathroom broke and shattered for no reason and we almost were hurt by the broken glass. Staff didn't seem to care. We will NOT come again.

Check in, out was quick and friendly.
Nothing.

We booked on Priceline at the last minute and were very pleased with both the room and overall hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was well stocked and the food was both fresh and tasty.

She would not budge and since it was late at night, we had to take the room at a much higher cost.
