It was conveniently located to the activities I planned in the area.
The rooms were not well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a upgraded room at a reduced price.

They did find us a room on reserved floor for workers.
They did not honor our reservation and was told no rooms. However after much convincing was given a room on a floor reserved for out of town workers.

Elevators.
Hotel was average the vending was scattered out from one end of the hotel to the other. I am disabled and walking form one end of this large hotel to the other is senseless! not real covenant. The appearance or shoddy work was apparent every where you looked in the wing we stayed in.

Staff was friendly. Got to our room & found toilet would barely flush. Reported this to front desk staff and they had it taken care of right away.
Pool was great but, it would have been nice if there could have been an hour set aside at the end of the night for adult swimming only.
We felt that the hotel met our expectations for the money. Would stay here again when we come to Minot.

Very close to airport, 24-hour shuttle to/from airport, free parking when taking a flight.
Staff indifferent to our concerns, lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance in rooms.
We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, however the bathroom had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. A loud rumbling refrigerator prevented us from sleeping, so we decided to unplug it. As we reached for the plug we discovered beer cans, ping pong ball, straws, and a considerable amount of dust and filth behind the TV cabinet. Carpet was dirty, especially noticeable around outside walls of room. Bathroom tap leaked and toilet ran all night. A tissue was shoved into broken/missing peep hole in room door. When these concerns were brought to the attention of the check-out staff, they had little interest in taking our concerns and remarked, those things just happen. read more

Really liked the ride/pickup to airport & parking for 10 days.
Really liked the cool ice sculpture on the door by the pool.
Convenient by the airport, everything you need 1 place, free airport shuttle & free 10 day parking.
