Extended Stay America Cleveland - Beachwood

This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep on. There were no amenities(pool, workout room etc.).

Third floor smells like Garbage is not been picked up in months.

Over all the hotel was great. I got a lot more than
I thought
I would for what
I paid. The location was excellent so
I didn't have to travel far for anything.

This room was okay for a short stay. The kitchen was great and convient. I would not suggest this room for a romantic getaway.

My stay was almost like staying at a friends house. I spend most of the time getting my own towels (housekeeping forgot to come to my room 3 of the 5 weeks there & we had to remind them) and asking neighboring rooms to please quiet down at midnight.

Overall, I thought it was an excellent price for the type of room. The staff was great and it was conventiently located. I was pleased with the kitchen amenities I would definitely come back the next time. I'm in Ohio. I'll look to stay at this same hotel in other states too. I would recommend this to others also. The hotel served the purpose but I will not stay in it again. The room could have been cleaner. It was also dirty around the bathroom sink.

Considering the price range, the hotel is in a good location with a good quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. But sometimes I saw the guests were smoking in front of the hallway window and keeping the strong cigarette smell there. That's the only negative point about the hotel.

Overall the hotel was a one star. If the beds and pillows were improved the hotel could definitely raise itself to a 2 or 2.5 star hotel. The kitchen was VERY nice and very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Convenient location.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're staying for more than one night, or traveling on a tight budget. It has a kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, & cook top. It's located right off the highway and is short driving distance to shopping, attractions, etc.
