Well appointed lobby & very clean rooms.
A bit hard to exit back onto main road due to traffic.

Great hotel that we would definitely stay at again. Good location close to lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions. Staff was very pleasant and efficient, room was sparkling clean and the lobby was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good.

Able to get it fast & use internet.
Unable to bring pets & we did not know this- had to pay for kennel.

Hotel was not bad but at this stra rating we thought would allow pets- we incurred an extra kennel fee.

Front desk staff was exceptional!
No food - bar closed early.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very disappointed as there was no dinner or bar menu. Got in late and leaving early so wanted quick bite. Barender in lounge closed early (9:30pm) while I was sitting there because it was slow - there was one other person there besides myself with others coming and going. Disappointed not able to grab a bit to eat, and enjoy a drink before turning in after long day. read more

Good hotel, located close to airport, NFL hall of fame , shopping and good restaurants. Staff was the friendliest I can remember at any hotel.

Check-in counter in too close proximity to the entertainment area.

Rooms were well appointed and the layout really made available space comfortable. Appeared well cleaned and quiet.
