The room was beautiful, bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
No refrigerator!

The room was fantastic. We were checked in quickly, and were delighted to spend the weekend at the hotel. The bed was fantastic, and there was a large flat-screen television for entertainment. The area was easily accessible, and about five minutes from the U of Cincinnati campus. Clean room, excellent bed and bathroom, I would stay at this location again!

Receptionist was unclear; pay for parking.

Convenient to so many things, especially U of Cincinnati. Room was very welcoming and comfortable. I would go back any time.

Very accommodating.
No complaints at all.

The staff was extremely accommodating. My husband was hospitalized at University Hospital and the hotel provided shuttle service back and forth. They went above and beyond out expectations.

Very pleased with the appearance of the room and the bed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I also enjoyed the high-speed internet access. We were able to park in the parking garage for free that weekend. No idea why, but normally I think you would have to pay, so that was a nice little bonus.

The appearance of the grounds were very nice.
The hotel, though I did call ahead to confirm, gave me a room with 2 double beds but eventually changed it to a king.

Great location, great hotel, definitely a 3.5 star!
Nothing negative to report!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kingsgate visiting our son at the University. Great location and convenient to the campus. The hotel itself reflected the 3.5 star rating in every area from the lobby and staff, to the restaurant and food, and to the quality and cleanliness of the room.
