Very friendly and professional staff, excellent looking room and hotel. Room was very comfortable. I will be staying at Double Tree as much as possible from now on.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
Getting a couple of tea bags and some extra sugar was more difficult than it should be.

We stay at this Double Tree over New Years nearly every year.

Liked everything.

The appeal of the lobby was upscale with a friendly staff. The room was set up cozy and welcome with comfortable furniture and the most comfortable I ever slept in! Like sleeping on clouds!

The bird by the front deck.
I wanted two double beds - got sofa bed as second bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. At breakfast, a waitress actually called her mother who advised me on on tourist attractions and gave me directions to the castle.

Too close to highway.

Liked the hotel and the staff but was very disappointed that my interpretation of booking this hotel. Included the breakfast buffet and upon arrival it was not included. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful in providing that.
