They were flexible with check-in time.
Some cobwebs in room, behind curtains, in bath.
They were agreeable to an early check-in (noon) so we could prepare for an event we were attending. Cooling unit quit working in the middle of the night making a loud shrieking noise.

Smoking rooms. Whole 2nd floor smelled like smoke. It's the 21st century, who still has smoking rooms?
Good price, nice lobby, nice location. Close to restaurants and a mall. Make sure and get a "non-smoking" room.

Staff was quite friendly, Kristen at the front desk was especially helpful and pleasant to talk to. The room seemed to have been redone recently. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day very thoroughly. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family, I will more than likely stay there again on my next visit to Cincinnati.

It is a pretty good hotel. The front desk lady was very slow. Also, the AC unit was so loud that we could not sleep well at all.

Rooms were clean, modern & very comfortable.
Newly renovated, it was much nicer than I expected. The TV was nice but there was no guide to know what was on, and there was no option to rent movies such as on demand. The jacuzzi was wonderful but the pool was too cold, although both were sparkling clean, as well as the area surrounding them. I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location.
The room far exceeded our expectations. We had an executive king size suite, which I was not expecting. It had 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, living room, 2 flat panel TV's, a small refrigerator, small sink and a microwave. The sofa pulled out into a bed. It was well worth the money!
