Location to downtown.
Was told there was no King rooms and someone checked in after me got a king room.
Was lied by the man at the front desk. He said they did not have any King rooms. I even asked about upgrades and he said nothing was available. A little later another guest that I was with checked in and got a King room with a great view at no extra cost. That made me mad, but my wife told me not to say anything. TV's need to be updated in rooms. But overall the bed was good and the room was clean and quiet. read more

The staff was incredibly nice, and the pool atrium was wonderful.
The Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati is a middle-aged sort of upscale hotel with a wonderful staff, a great location, a lovely windowed swimming pool atrium and pretty good room service. The valet parking is super-convenient, as is access to I-75. And the rate you can get on Priceline is outstanding!

I liked the cleanliness and how comfortable it was.
We did not have a refrigerator and there weren't any vending machines with food.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable but we didn't have a refrigerator and there was no where for us to find food other than what the hotel offered. There weren't any vending machines with food in them. For the price I paid for the room I thought we would at least have simple things like a refrigerator.

The elevators were really slow and it seemed as if only 1 or 2 were working.
The staff was very friendly. The location was good although Cincy doesn't have a lot of things that stay open past midnight. The elevators were ridiculously slow.

Very excellent customer service.
Came on a weekend of a concert, very loud night.
Very nice hotel, would definitely return making sure that there are no huge events first.
