The staff at the hotel were super!
It was very hard to find. No sign on the one side of the hotel.

The hotel was nice. It was not as family friendly as I would've liked. Next time I will make sure the hotel we staying at has a pool.

Exceeded our expectations for the price.
If I have to choose, this is really stretching; the star bucks blender was broke.

We were impressed. Loved the location, staff, atmosphere. I felt very safe for being downtown.

The historic quality.
It took 3 calls over the course of 2 days to get wash cloths. Rang for bellhop and had to go get them when they did not come after 20 minutes.

Love the historic quality of the hotel. Loved the room and bedding. Very clean. The lighting was very poor. The service was the worst that I have ever seen at a Hyatt hotel. Valet service was very good.

The hotel rooms are from the old style. Besides the valet parking service, which is very bad, you have to expect a delay when you come down to pick up your car at least 20 minutes.

Noisy at night.

This hotel was in a unique location. We didn't have a window in our room to look outside. Very clean, staff was friendly, helpful and honest.
