Pool area was warm and inviting. A definite draw for winter visits.
Housekeeping knocked at 8 am and 9 am. There was no sign for the doorknob.
Good location - could have walked to shopping and restaurants. Upon arriving I found the heat/air in my room noisy. When I asked for a room change, the front desk person was helpful and pleasant. My new room was great. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Pool was fabulous. Pleased to find a fridge and microwave. Toilet paper and tissues were harsh but to have a great bed, spa, and helpful front desk, I'll take this minor flaw any day. read more

Convenient.
Unidentified wet are in carpeting, disliked the sink in the entryway, seemingly remote from toilet room and the lack of a garbage can in toilet room.
I disliked the room arrangement, the sink in the entryway seemed a bit remote from toilet room and the lack of a garbage can in toilet room was inconvenient. I preferred the business suites at the Fairfield nearby for the same price, much better hotel all around.

It was pleasant calm atmosphere.
I appreciated the location of the hotel. It is near area attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Being women traveling I liked the fact that my room was located near the office, not down a long hallway, or near a stairwell. I felt secure. The hotel offers a vast fresh breakfast for its guests. Something for everyone.

Room, public areas all were well kept and clean.
The breakfast area didn't have enough seating for the size of the hotel.
Very clean room and public areas. Staff friendly. Only problem was the small area for the continental breakfast. The breakfast itself was good. It had some hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle irons). Overall good experience will stay again when in the area.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Bad smell in the room; possibly former smoking room.
This hotel had very friendly staff, and the room met our expectations for the price offered. We would choose to use this hotel again.

Friendly staff.
Room maintenance - only so.
Room HVAC ptac was so noisy I turned off the heat in winter so I could sleep. Front desk told but did nothing. Toilet bowl has a crack in the bowl and therefore leaked on the floor (new hotel!). Hole in exterior wall. Hotel staff must have seen this but did not make the repair.

Customer service, food.
Not the room we wanted, TV remote broke, hot tub broke, indoor pool was freezing cold.
This hotel is going downhill.
