The hotel was much more than I expected once we checked in. Whirlpool was relaxing!
Maid service tried to open our door at 7:45!
Also received a hang-up call at 8:30.

Overall, I think I would stay at the hotel again, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the location. It was out of the way, located in what was primarily an industrial area. The staff assured me there were security cameras everywhere, but I was still a little concerned as we parked in the back, near our room. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the room was fine.

The pool closed too early, did have access to extra towels and
also water didn't drain from the shower, had to have them come and unclog it.

People were very friendly.

Fresh appearance, clean.
TV too small, only one restaurant close, no complimentary breakfast offered.

Nicely remodeled, clean with easy access from Hwy 270 and IH 70. Waffle House is only restaurant in immediate area. Room & bathroom spacious with good furnishings. TV is only 19" and channel selection is sub par; approx 25 stations.

I loved the decorations, the dining area and the pool. Service was very nice also.
There not a drop of warm water in the morning for me to take a shower and the drain was clogged. Maintenance came & unclogged but still no warm water.

They need a better plumbing system. The drain was backed up and there was not enough hot water, let alone warm water. When I contacted the front desk they apologized and said that there were a lot of people taking showers that morning but they were able to unclog the drain. It's a hotel, not a house and I didn't have time to sit around and wait for the water to get warm! Everyone was very courteous and the atmosphere was great but not being able to take a decent shower ruined the whole stay. read more

Beds were excellent!

So much nicer than I expected. I was going to the Columbus Gift Mart and needed something close and comfortable. This was just great. Nice pool, great beds, large rooms, friendly staff and attractive decor. Loved it!
