The remote control channel up and down buttons didn't work, had to enter channel numbers to change the channel.

I arrived at the front desk and waited for well over 10 minutes and it didn't appear that anyone was working there as there was no front desk attendant. I called the hotel from my cell phone, only then did someone appear at the desk, she had apparently been in the back room on a personal call which was certainly more important than the fact that there was a guest waiting in the lobby to check in. read more

Hotel very clean,organized and comfortable. All lobby areas very well kept. Pool area great.

Incredibly convenient location.
There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a convenient location for our weekend trip to Dublin and totally exceeded my expectations when I saw it was a two star hotel. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The only real complain is that there was no remote for the television, no shampoo, and no pens. Otherwise it was a great hotel for the price.

Hallway carpet, ugly, lacking utensils in the kitchen.

It was fine for the value, they need to redo hall carpet, could make a better impression.
