Hotel is in a phenominal location. Close to the highway, restaurants, and shopping.
The room had a funny odor and the shower didn't seem clean.

The location was great and they had 3 SHO channels. better than HBO.
I forgot my shampoo and it is not a standard in-room item provided by Extended Stays (need to ask for it).

The hotel was very nice for the price and star I picked it up at. Only downers I found with the room were the need to pay for internet access and the lack of shampoo/conditioner being provided without going to the front desk. I've known of both of these issues and have made arrangements typically. The price is great and the rooms are nice.

Car broken into, rarely front desk staff present.

My car was broken into, there were rarely staff at the front desk, my room key had to be reprogrammed 5 or 6 times and there was a lot of light coming in through the door at night making it difficult to sleep. I am very easy to please when staying at a hotel but this was the worst experience ever at a hotel.

Complimentary upgrade when she heard we were traveling with a baby.
Were in a smoking room, crud on some of the dishes/silverware.

Overall, a pleasant experience. The convenience of having a full size refrigerator was awesome since traveling with a 1 year old. Loved the spacious 2 rooms with a door. Plenty of space to play on the floor.
