Comfort Suites - Wright Patterson

The staff at this hotel was friendly but lacked training. When I arrived in my room, there were pieces of hair in the sink & tub. I was running late for an engagement so as I exited,I asked to have my room cleaned or be moved. When I returned, I was moved across the hall, when I looked in that bathroom, I saw 2 obvious rings in the tub. I called the front desk and asked to have someone inspect the room, The employee acknowledged the rings then called to request another room. Moving to the 3rd room, I settled for another room that had a little hair on the bathroom floor(it was late and I had been on the road for 9 hours). Because this was the weekend college students were returning, my options were limited so the next morning I went to walmart to get disinfectant. read more

I feel like it is new so is still pretty clean. The house keeping does not clean well. I thought the hotel was nice and really decorated well. The breakfast was good. The front desk friendly. I did not like the fact that our bathroom was not clean. I don't want other peoples body hair in my shower.

We were happy with the hotel. It was clean, which was most important to us. The lobby was very nice and very comfortable as well and we enjoyed being able to sit down there in the evenings and visit.

Hotel was good and walk away distance from museum. Great place to stay.

I would stay there again if in the area.

This was a very comfortable, safe, quite hotel. It was a treat to come back to after moving my daughter into college. The free breakfast was also enjoyable.

Breakfast was standard continental fair. Clean, and fruit was fresh.
