Location and proximity to restaurants.
Being a senior....an elevator should be noted on the star level.

Had requested a sofa bed for a deluxe level and willing to pay extra. Sent us to two rooms...neither had a sofa bed...therefore no extra fee was paid.

Space, location to my work.
The sheets had stains and thin threads.

Overall, it was a great price for the night and loved the location. Center halls smelled like burnt food, no vending machines or ice machine located.

Only positive was the location.
Noise, large bugs in bed, dirty rooms, and poor security.

Will never stay here again. To paraphrase this nightmare stay, we woke up to large beetles in our bed the first night. Rooms are very noisy. Rooms are very dirty. Poor water pressure. Exterior doors are either frequently propped open or broken.

Price, kitchen facilities.
Rooms and furnishings are tired.

Hotel is older but well located near the Dayton Mall. You get small kitchen facilities with fridge, stove, coffee maker. Staff has always been very pleasant but desk hours are limited. Internet access is not free but $5 for a week is very affordable. The interior is a bit tired. If the firm had the money, some interior rehab wouldn't be bad. However, comfortable and generally clean. read more
