Rooms were very large with full kitchen -- bigger than my first apartment.
Pool was closed.

Very beautiful and comfortable -- rooms were spacious with full kitchen. Excellent quality stay for the price.

The room was roomy. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
The TV didn't work. There was water damage and an active leak in the shower.

The hotel was hard to find and not easily accessible. I grew up in Dayton and still had a hard time finding it. The grounds were very nice. The breakfast was very good.

Cleanness, comfort of beds, locations, etc..

Total disappointment. nothing meets my expectation that I got when I was making reservations after seeing pictures and reviews. I guess people who left reviews are family members of the owner or employees. Old buildings with no view but a car body shop. Not going to go back even somebody pay for the hotel.

2 bdrm/2 bath suite with living room is very unique and fit our needs perfectly.
Tiny upstairs bathroom

Friendly staff and perfect suite arrangement for parents meeting daughter, husband & baby; very comfortable beds; appreciated wireless; good soundproofing (couldn't hear other guests or traffic)

All the convinces of home.
Furnace would kick-off and back on 30 seconds later.

Formally a Residence Inn, the only place I stay if available. This hotel is an exceptional quality. Parking could be improved if your a late night comer. It has all the comforts of home. I highly recommend it to all travelers.

Bathroom needed a bit of work, tiles in shower were old and grout was brown.

I would recomend it highly, can't wait to go back.
