Columbus/Grove City Knights Inn

Nice hotel, upgraded my bed to a king size, nice and clean, friendly staff, did not like the smoke smell but dealt with it for the night.

Well, the hotel is under remodeling, however there is no excuse for the following: The TV display was bad, the towels were old and very small, there was no Kleenex, the toilet didn't work, the pillows were very thin, they did not have the correct kind of sheets on the bed. Overall, I have been to worse, I took the hotel just to save money, but I feel that they could have taken better care of the room. read more

Hotel was under renovation, staff was not that professional, decent price for what you get, location was right off the highway and about 10-15 minutes drive from downtown Columbus.

There is construction going on when I arrived. The non-smoking room was reeking with smoking. Most of the lamps were not working; no clock. The room was semi-dark and there were no enough towels. The cleaning lady came everyday but changed no linens. I was very disappointed with the hotel.

Horrible, the rooms were half way remodeled. There was constant construction with loud noises late at night and early morning. The toilet broke twice. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. The air conditioner blew out only semi cold air. My whole stay was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The staff was slow and the place is a little run down from the building's current construction. It was perfect for the location and the cost.
