Was pleasantly surprised by a fireplace in the room. The room was huge for the price.
It is close to a major highway and the noise is noticeable.

The staff was great. The room was huge. It had a small Kitchenette with a dishwasher and a sliding patio for our first floor room. The room was painted kind of
funny like, but not unpleasant. It was the middle of the winter and even the snow removal team asked if there was anything they could do for me. Nice place for the money.

Fireplace, spacious, clean, full kitchen in room, free hot breakfasts in lobby.
There was a leak by the sliding glass doors. Didn't care. So much else going for this place at that price.

Traveled to Ohio from Manhattan. Stayed here over Christmas instead of with family this trip. Very convenient location. Plenty of room for us and our 9 year old & kitten. It was cheap for a night and the hot breakfasts with bacon and eggs, rolls, coffee, etc. was a tasty bonus. The staff was very friendly. I will ask for this same room again on my next trip.

Huge penthouse rooms.
Breakfast selection poor.

Liked the huge penthouse suite. A lot of room for the price. Nicely furnished. Kitchen with limited supplies (no silverware). Wi-Fi worked fine.

Full kitchen, comfortable bed.
It could use some renovations.

I have to travel to this area every 2-3 weeks and will be staying here again. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and desk, convenient.

Hotel looks run down, things worked backwards and had street door for entry.

This hotel had outside walk-in entries.

Nothing.

Excellent location, convenient to shopping Franklin Park Mall, quiet, secure. Clean and easy for us to stay and have an occasional meal in. I felt really relaxed there and would stay again without a doubt.

A professional staff and a beautiful lobby area. A full breakfast was an added bonus.

Nice rooms with fullest kitchens.
When we checked in bed was not made.

Overall a nice place to stay, decor appears several years old, some wear, but clean. When we checked in it appeared that the maid was interrupted during cleaning as the bed had been stripped but not remade. A quick call to the front desk had this remedied in 5 minutes. Nice location, friendly staff, great breakfasts. We'd stay there again.
