Rude staff, old amenities, and a dirty refrigerator.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was informed at the desk that I had to pay for a refrigerator, and the hotel had no microwaves, even though I called twice before my arrival and was informed each time that I would be supplied with these amenities upon my arrival at no extra cost. When the refrigerator arrived, it was dirty, the hot water faucet in the bathroom was not working properly. I tried to reach the manager several times after I left to register my complaints, left messages but my calls were never returned. read more

Great Location!!
Under Construction and halls showed construction dirt.

For the price it was great. The halls were under construction and there was construction dirt on the floors. Bathtub would not drain and we called the desk and it was taken care of. Great beds!!

Room was dirty, torn carpet and partying people in adjacent room disturbed us. No way this was 3.5 stars.

This place was a one star room - torn carpets, hallways to rooms in need of repair and our first room (before we asked to be moved) was next to two rooms of people partying at one o'clock in the morning.
