The room was clean and very modern.
Nothing I didn't like.

We went to Cleveland for a Browns game and found this hotel wasn't that far away and it was very quiet and close to anything we needed. It was very clean and everyone was helpful when I needed answers. We would stay there again in the future.

Room service was very slow.

Hotel was under construction. Lobby was very slippery d/t dust but no signs of caution were placed. Front desk staff was not friendly but did change room with an attitude. Called for additional sheets for pull out couch (which should have been in room) and was told its going to be a while because one of us is on break! Sheets were delivered after we went to sleep.

When we got to the hotel, it was under renovations. It looks like they just started because our room was very outdated and the bed was hard as a rock. The staff did their job, but was not very friendly. There was a lot of noise throughout the night on Friday and Saturday due to the restaurant turns into a night club and the drunk people are stumbling around the hallways looking for their room and knocking on a lot of doors. read more

It is bright, colorful, clean.

The hotel was a surprise to me. It had a higher level of luxury than I expected from Holiday Inn, actually. The lobby was a constant showcase thanks to the Ladies of the Oriental Star who had their event at the hotel that weekend, including a drum and fife team of women aged 50 to 75 rehearsing in the parking lot. The hotel also had a high school girls sports team, and at least one other group staying in the hotel and managend the crowd with ease and comfort. Room was nice, bathroom good if slightly small. One quality about this hotel that stands out is its lovely color scheme, bright coral, yellow, green and brown, which gives a very cheerful feel to the whole place. One thing to note about this hotel is that on Friday and Saturday nights the restaurant turns into a hot dance spot. A live band, a big crowd, aged 40 to 70, everyone dancing their socks off. I just peeked in but it looked like half of Cleveland was there, working it for all they were worth. read more

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. The lobby Bar was fun and it had live music. Indoor pool also.
