Breakfast hostess was friendly.
Housekeeping staff was awful.

Housekeeping did not clean room one of the days of my day even though I was gone 8 hours and do not disturb sign was not on door. Another day it just looked like they made the bed. Not well either, my child makes their bed better. Toilet kept running (was loud). I kept being promised it was fixed but it always ran again.

Staff was helpful with room problems.
Air conditioner failed to work and was very noisy.

Staff nice breakfast could have lasted until 10 am weekdays. (we were vacationing no early rising) air conditioners were the noisiest I have ever had in a hotel. Overall I will be going back to that hotel (Near the college and Rock and Roll hall of fame) comfortable beds and pillows. We were moved to a suite after they failed to fix the air conditioner this was a nice touch.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Parking was terrible.

This hotel was fine except that a restaurant/club is attached and there were no parking spaces anywhere close to the hotel. Where I had to park at 6 PM, even the hotel carts were not an option. I had to rearrange my belongings and hand carry them to the third floor. Hotel halls were also noisy late at night.

I didn't like the late checkin time of 3:00. Also, when the maids took my towels, and they forgot to replace them!

The Martini bar was wonderful.
The room was a little bare.

Overall, very pleased.
I travel a lot, usually for work, so
I do know that for the price,
I couldn't beat it.

Close to daughter.
Curtains didn't close in room and hair in corner of bath tub and substance on end of sink (maybe a build up of cleaner).

I have stayed here before and like it, but this time the curtains wouldn't close, the hair was in the corner of the bathtub and the build up of stuff on the sink was not very nice to look at.
