Enjoyed everything, the parking the staff the food the pool they were very nice. Free coffee all day long, quiet and close to many extra things we didnt count on!

Guest service was exemplary.

This hotel met all expectations on our two day-two night stay. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, finding a small refrigerator for the room and other items. Clean, well kept property and everything was as it should be. Whirlpool could be a couple degrees warmer though!

Nice complimentary breakfast.
Reserved non smoking king room, received smoking with 2 beds.

Hotel was fine in public spaces. I was extremely upset. We were given a smoking room and it was unacceptable.

I called to confirm and the person, she was so kind, when I arrived it was the same and offered water and muffins at the front desk, that was great!
I would have liked the water and muffin waiting at the front desk when I came in late from conference.

From the time I called to confirm my reservation and when I arrived it was very pleasant. I was impressed that there was water and fresh muffins at the front desk and was ask to take and enjoy, that was wonderful business. The bed and how clean the hotel and room is very important to me and it was. I would have liked the muffins and water when I came back in the late evening from my conference. It was more than we had expected. The beds and the shower were relaxing. The location was around every place we visited.
The heater in our fell apart. The screen in the window was not secured in.

While most hotels and inns do not clean they're comforters, we could tell that those were washed. The breakfast food was fresh and good, the pool area was clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay, even with five kids under the age of six¿

It is ideal for a business traveler.
Hallways and common areas smell smoky.

The property is suited for travelers between Dayton and Cincinnatti. I think for all practical reasons it is a good spot.

Excellent location, trouble free stay.
Internet connection was cumbersome and access was slow.

Good hotel for business auto travel, close to interstate and shopping midway between Cincinnati and Dayton. Not near airport. Competent and friendly staff.
