It was extremely clean. The rooms were spacious.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in and out was quick and easy. The hotel is extremely clean. You never saw a staff person standing around, they were also busy doing something. Very nice hotel to stay in.

Clean, friendly, breakfast, pool, room was nice and large.
Nothing.

Would recommend to friends and family. Rates were good and the senior AARP rate very good. Breakfast was a nice treat and the food was good, especially the cinnamon buns.

Need bigger pillows on king size bed.

This hotel was very nice. I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before, so my expectations were high. It was very clean and bright. The decor was nice and everything was well kept. I really only had a couple minor complaints. There was an almost empty roll of toilet paper on the holder when I got there, but thankfully there was another roll on the back of the toilet. I also didn't like that there were 4 small pillows on a king size bed instead of 2 king size pillows, this made it very hard for me to sleep. But other than that, the hotel was great! read more

Nothing it had roaches and was dirty we left.
It had roaches and was dirty we left.

They say they didn't charge our credit card but they did because we left because the room had roaches in it and when we try to get help with it they acted like we didn't matter so I would warn every one to stay away from that hotel.

Free breakfast! It was also very neat and clean.
They really didn't need to replace the towels for my second day.

The hotel is very nice and the people were very friendly. Everything was ready and I didn't have to do anything when checking in and out. The beds were nice and had lots of pillows. There were a lot of mirrors in case a lot of people were getting ready at once. There could have been more electrical outlets. Everything (like the towels and stuff) got cleaned and replaced for my second day which really wasn't necessary. The hotel should have some way for you to say that the towels don't need replaced. I don't like to waste water and energy, so I'm perfectly happy with reusing my towels. That's an odd thing to complain about. I mean it's good that they came and cleaned the room. But sometimes it's just not necessary. read more
