The hotel is very comfortable, clean, reasonably priced, and in a safe area.
The hotel was a little difficult to find only because the exit off of the highway was not well marked.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in North Lima, OH. The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Clean room with high speed internet.
Should serve eggs and sausage at breakfast.

Clean rooms, breakfast area and common areas. High speed internet in room price and worked flawlessly. A bit off the beaten path in terms of nearby restaurants, but reasonably close to main crossroads where restaurants can be found.

The fire at 1:30 AM.

I have requested compensation for the poor night's sleep and need to evacuate the room due to a fire caused by the night desk clerk cooking something too long. It was a smoky issue more than flames. It took 1/2 hour or more for the fire department to arrive to turn off the alarm and the lobby, first and second floor were so smoky that I had an asthma attack. I was unable to get back to sleep until 5 AM and had to leave at 6 AM. I think I had a total of only 2 hours of sleep that night. The smell remained with me all day. There were no apologies from the staff. read more

The staff was very kind and helpful.
There was a mix up in rooms even after I called the hotel and asked them questions and what was actually booked.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
