Loved it, extremely clean and very pretty. I would stay here again.

The staff was pleasant, I was double charged, I don't think that the state of Ohio has a no smoking ban for hotels yet.

This is not a brand I stay at often, but this stay would make me want to look for the brand more often. The most desirable part of any hotel is cleanliness, and as this hotel is relatively new, it is right on for me. Of course, they have to keep it clean (new does not clean itself", and a hotel will not be new forever... but while is is new, it is good by me.

The desk clerk went out of her way to assist us in setting up our laptop connection. Also, I inadvertently left my purse in the breakfast room and it was turned in very quickly by the breakfast staff person.

I was trying to print in the business center at midnight. I couldn't do it. The night staff allowed me to come behind the desk and use his computer and printer so I could get my needed information. You don't see that kind of helpfulness anymore!

I arrived late in the evening so I didnt have time to really look around. But the lobby and my room were very clean. The people checking in ahead of me had to pay $120 for their room. I wouldnt stay there if I had to pay what they paid.

This is a nice new hotel. The faciliity is exactly what you expect from this type of hotel. It still looks new and is kept clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had us booked in two King rooms, (Wife and I and two teenage kids, and they were nice enough to switch it to two doubles. Breakfast was nicely done. We always love the do-it-yourself waffles.
