The Howard Johnson Inn Sandusky is located directly across the street from the entrance to Cedar Point Causeway, the main road that takes you to Cedar Point. Cedar Point holds the Guiness Book of World Records for the tallest, fastest & steepest roller coaster. After spending a long, fun-filled day at Cedar Point, come back and relax in our outdoor pool or enjoy dinner and cocktails across the street at Frickers Restaurant and Lounge. Make sure to spend an extra day touring the Lake Erie Islands including Put-In-Bay. The island can be reached in a 15 minute drive and then a scenic 15 minute ferry ride. Shuttle service not available. Complimentary Rise and Dine Continental Breakfast is available. Free Wireless High Speed Internet in all rooms. read more

Absolutely nothing.
It was dirty and not fit for anyone to stay. We did not stay at the hotel and still got charged.

I rented eight rooms at this hotel for a softball team and their families. Three of the families checked in and found dirty sheets and wall of the hotel. We did not stay. This hotel is not fit for anyone to stay in. We could tell that all the other hotels in the area were full and this hotel had no customers. Parking lot was empty at all times.

Tiny tiny little rooms. The carpet near the air conditioner was soaking wet. The swimming pool was tiny and dirty. Good things? Location. Extremely close to Cedar point and has Wifi.

Old not maintained very well.

If your picky don't' stay here, if your on a budget and want to be close to Cedar point you'll get what you pay for here, I would stay again.

Needs updating - feels/looks old.

Air conditioner did not work. Breakfast was very simple (donuts, cereal, and bagels).
