The room was clean and the bed was awesome.
They only had a king/handicap room for us.

The overall hotel was nice. You could tell that this was an older Holiday Inn that they renovated; the outside was kinda dingy. The inside was immaculate.

This was a delightful surprise-- I expected a mediocre experience, but the hotel seemed much more upscale than the rating indicated.

Nice entrance, easy to get to. Lobby area was open and friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff in evening were cordial. Morning, not so much. Surprising to find full amenities, including lobby lounge area. Ample parking. Pleasant stay. Enjoyed very much.

Restaurant staff.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms and hallways have been updated. The decor is excellent. The kids loved the pool. Great overall experience.

The beds were comfortable.
The elevator rides were scary and bumpy, and my baby was injured by the elevator doors.

The hotel was decorated nicely. There were, however, always people smoking right outside the main entrance, making entering and exiting an exercise in holding one's breath. We had hoped for a room with a king-size bed, but they were all sold out. The elevators were extremely bumpy - scary to ride even to the second floor. There was a gummy dinosaur on the floor of our room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for us to set up our portable crib. The bathrooms made very efficient use of space but felt cramped to me. It was a fine place to spend a quick night on the road, but it didn't really feel luxurious as such. read more
